One of the biggest reasons people love this route is the convenience. Trains depart from Chicago's Union Station and arrive at New York's Penn Station — both right in the heart of downtown. That means no hassle with airport security, no long drives, and no expensive parking. For families with kids or older adults with mobility needs, this accessibility makes a real difference.
