Remember the Original Star Trek crew boldly going where no one had gone before? Well, it's been over five decades since Kirk, Spock, and the gang first beamed onto our screens back in the '60s, and honestly, you'd be surprised just who's still alive and kicking.
Our favorite James T. Kirk, played by the legendary William Shatner, is still very much with us. The man's approaching his 94th birthday and honestly defying every law of aging we thought we knew. Then there's DeForest Kelley's Dr. McCoy — oh wait, the good doctor left us in 1999. Rest easy, Bones!
But look who's still beaming with life: Nichelle Nichols, who played the incomparable Lieutenant Uhura, celebrated her 92nd birthday before sadly passing in 2022. Grace Lee Whitney's Yeoman Rand? Also gone. 😢
