At this point you are basically an ancient Phoenician historian. The real Braille alphabet maps directly to English letters. Someone did the hard work for you.

Step 4: Crack the Sealed Chamber
Go to the Meteor Falls waterfall. Drop into the waterhole and land in a hidden tunnel. Lead you to a desert ruin with Braille walls all over it.
You must move active Pokemon into specific wall shapes. This is surprisingly fun if you like logic puzzles. When done right, the floor opens up.
Now rush through the newly revealed tunnel. A wild Regirock appears first. Station yourself and heal before throwing that Quick Ball.
Step 5: Wake the Remaining Two
After catching Regirock, check your Secret Base. The game places Braille markings inside your base to point you toward Regice and Registeel.

Follow their directions to the Seafloor Cavern and the dated desert towers. Fix a crumbling pillar for Regirock. Place your boxes for Regice and Registeel.
