Furnishing an Inspirational New Office in Fitzrovia
A New Office, A Fresh Start
Fabrix set out to create a workspace which showcased their brand and creative approach to property. Spanning 2,500 sq ft in the heart of Fitzrovia, this project involved a comprehensive CAT A & B fit-out and refurbishment, turning their office into a vibrant environment ready for more in-office team days.
Pattrn worked closely with the design vision to furnish the space with pieces that complemented the open-plan layout and custom timber joinery maintaining warmth and character. A standout feature is the bold pink staircase, originally conceived as a temporary event installation but so impactful that it became a permanent focal point. This unexpected touch, along with our carefully selected furniture, elevated the space from functional to extraordinary, creating an inspiring setting for collaboration and creativity.
