So, you’re wondering about the age of Jimmy Swaggart’s wife, Frances? I get it—lifestyle gossip with a side of curiosity is our specialty here. Let’s dive in, shall we?
Frances Swaggart, the matriarch of the Swaggart ministry and Jimmy’s partner in crime (and faith) for over six decades, was born on March 16, 1939. That means, as of now, she’s a sprightly 85 years young. Yes, you read that right—85! And let me tell you, she’s aging like a fine Southern gospel hymn: timeless, a little feisty, and still hitting all the right notes.
Now, here’s the fun part: Jimmy himself was born in 1935, so there’s a four-year age gap between them—Jimmy’s the elder statesman, Frances the graceful sidekick. They’ve been married since 1952, which means they’ve been together longer than most of us have been alive. Talk about relationship goals—or at least a masterclass in surviving the spotlight with your sense of humor intact.

But why do we care so much about her age? Maybe it’s because Frances has become a style icon in her own right—those pearls, that perfectly coiffed hair, the way she sits ramrod straight during televised sermons. She’s the epitome of grace under pressure. And honestly, if she can look that poised at 85, I’m taking notes for my own skincare routine. (Hint: prayer and a good moisturizer, apparently.)
